Return Policy

Online returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn with original tags attached, and in their original condition. Hudson Design House has the right to refuse any returned items. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting Hudson Design House.
• Customers may either:
  • Return their item in-store, or
  • Ship the item back to us.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Clothing Returns

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original condition.

Hudson Design House reserves the right to refuse any return if an item shows signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or any other condition that makes it unsellable.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, only clothing items are eligible for return.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

• Jewelry
• Home décor
• Greenery
• Seasonal items
• Accessories
• Any other non-clothing merchandise
